Client's needs
Carlos Cramer Productos Aromáticos, a company specializing in the production of aromatic products, faced a critical challenge related to industrial odor emissions from its manufacturing processes at the Cerrillos facility.
The organic nature of its raw materials generated intense and persistent odor emissions, posing a potential impact on the surrounding urban environment and increasing regulatory and community pressure. The objective was clear: to drastically reduce odor emissions, ensure operational continuity, and demonstrate environmental compliance through technical evidence and certified measurements.
Filtrovivo Solution
We designed and implemented a Filtrovivo® odor abatement system directly connected to the facility's emission sources, tailored to the actual airflow, temperature, and composition of the gases being treated.
The system integrates:
- Controlled capture and conveyance of odorous emissions, ensuring effective treatment at the source.
- Living biological filtration, using active plant-based substrates and specialized microorganisms.
- Vertical biophilic infrastructure, transforming a critical industrial emission point into visible environmental infrastructure.
The solution was designed for stable, continuous operation with minimal maintenance requirements, without interfering with production processes or generating secondary waste.
