FILTROVIVO® offers, as part of its services, the maintenance of the systems acquired by the client, including the first year after the installation free of charge, which consists on four visits (one per season), in order to monitor 12 months of life for the effective settlement of each plant, performing the replacement and restitution of the affected species, in addition to the calibration of mechanical components. During this period, the staff will be trained in order to give autonomy to the company’s processes. In addition, the after-sales service works permanently as a form of guarantee for the projects designed by the company.

The system requires minimal care. The conduction and cooling components require a cleaning frequency similar to the rest of the components in the industry, as it will depend on the intensity of use and the type of fuel used. In the structures for the conduction of the gas, inspection hatches are included for easy access and maintenance.

The biofilter itself will need maintenance similar to a common garden. This consists mainly on an annual pruning and -very important- a periodic visual checkup, since the plants will show when they have a requirement, such as the need for a nutrient injection, excess or lack of water.

The system irrigation is carried out by a PLD – ESD Hunter drip, valves and a Hunter® WiFi zoned programmer, which allows the biofilter to be fully automated, delivering the exact amount of irrigation that the plants require according to their orientation, and making an efficient use of water.

The plant species are defined based on the experience of our team in landscape and gardening projects, according to different criteria such as: climatic zone, orientation and sun exposure, resistance to frost / salinity / extreme heat, with the option to choose between more than 20 different species.
